When you DLed vBadvanced CMPS from their website there was a branding free option for $39.99, that's the only way of taking it off.

I know it is for vBulletin itself. However you would have to read the TOS for vBaCMS. However, without reading it, I would imagine it would be fine though.

you can remove the Powered by vBulletin? Version 3.6.4
Just to be clear, you cannot remove the vBulletin from the footer on vB pages. At a minimum the copyright must read:
vBulletin, Copyright ?2000 - 2007, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.

As has been mentioned more than once, you need to go to www.vBadvanced.com and purchase the brand free license.
