Registration Errors

A few people tried to register on my forum in the last hour but got this error :

Fatal error: call to undefined function fetch_regimage_hash() in /var/www/html/forum/register.php on line 604

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Seems like an upgrade error or something. Try reuploading register.php.
