Blank page for members?

I just upgrade to 3.6.1 and can't see any page but just blank page.

any idea what I'm missing?

Btw i can login to Admin panel but on forum i can't see anything...

Try turning off GZIP HTML Output in VBulletin options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options, see if that helps
