I am using that, with IShop. Works pretty good. There are things that I would love to see in the future, but it works great.

I dont know about all of you but I reinstalled the app and had a hacker or two or ten take a shot at it after I did the edits that are posted here already and there were no Holes that they could EASILY get too. We all know NOTHING will ever be 100% secure as for Where there is a Will there will be a WAY....

So basically After doing the strip edit everything is running just fine and my nerves are at rest having the site purposely attacked with good results.......

But who really cares anymore anyhow. With Nex's new system and all the add ons being worked out for it. That will put this system to shame and we will get support So people hold on a few and keep track of Nex's work

im suprised no one has claimed to fix this yet. but then again its hard to fix something when there is so much hush hush about what the exploits are. No one says if you disable this or that you can still use it. all i see here is 20 or so pages of unhappy people so may i ask is someone going to help these people out. i know its time consuming. There was once a post on Milworm listing the Plaza as having an exploit it is all of a sudden not posted? Well that either means it was not an exploit or was reported as FIXED. But for more information on exploits you will find google a good place to start heres a bit of a refined and interesting search result......

Hard to do considering the people who know the exploits won't tell anyone what they are.

If you aren't able to see the fixes needed from reading the code, it's not likely you will be able to fix them.

its more so people can evaluate whether its a reasonable risk to install anyway (like me). Some exploits are severe and should clearly be avoided, but some are honestly just not worth getting all in an uproar about if one has a small forum.

Feel free to threaten me all you want, but this is the first time I've seen anyone from your staff address this. That said, I'm glad that you feel safe in security through obscurity. My opinion is that if someone is going to hack a board they are going to hack it. Making the exploits at least known to the people who have the exploitable hack installed is not going to CREATE new hackers.
