No actions found after mass donate

Please advise of the solution. Ive been checking the forum and not seeing anyone specific resolve for this.

Essentially we did a mass donate to all users and now everyone is receiving " No actions found... " error.
Site is powered by vBulletin Version 3.0.6

Please advise.
