Help on adding custom options

I am trying to add a custom option such as the following:

I want users on my site to be able to purchase a defined option that when bought just sends a PM to the admins saying its bougt then they can give the reward. Is this something that can be done? Can anyone assist how? I thought this would be way easier than its turning out.

It sounds like a custom action, I'm a bit behind on the features/updates to vbBux / vbPlaza to be taking on any custom actions at this time. Maybe later in the future, or someone else can help.
