The installer doesn't work, but if you installed it onto a vB 3.5.x and then upgraded to 3.6 it would work fine.

no it didn't. I upgraded from 3.5.4 and my test board was messed up til I removed vBux/vPlaza and a few other hacks.

it doesn't get any errors it just doesn't display half the stuff and all the items are unknown... ok so you could get away with calling that an error xD

what this thread or vbplaza. No to both: vbplaza is not designed for vb3.6.0 and there is no guarantee it'll work for it. This thread will prove useful for others who read it.

this thread sucks, and ruined my day.

well thanks for letting me know. so chances are it will not at all=never work for 3.6? vbux works fine though.

Well, 3.6 is still in beta and probably has a few more releases to go still. I can't blame him for not wanting to convert things just yet. My users are missing this but all of the tables are still in tact so when it is updated I am sure everything will still be there.

it's just the other guy said he doubts it will work on 3.6 since it was designed for 3.5 that makes it sound like it's not planned to come out for 3.6. of course i cant understand that he doesnt wish to waste time on making it for the beta although i doubt much will change. but considering how long we had to wait for a shop for 3.5, it just brings tears to my eyes.

i really just wish i could get vbookie to work with this cash system as soon as possible because of the soccer season and all.

It IS designed for 3.5, but I'm running v1.5.7 Beta 1 on www.vbplaza.com and as u can see, it runs FINE with the patches I've made into v1.5.7 Beta 1.

So soon as v1.5.7 is released, which will be soon. It will be compatible with vB 3.6.0 :)

As far as the vBookie integration, did u try the vbookie_integration plugin file that is included with vbBux / vbPlaza?

thanks alot for looking in on my post. and i'm very glad to hear that it will work! i'm impatiently waiting for the 1.5.7 release then!

of course i tried the vbookie intigration. but well i installed vbbux & vbplaza as a first time installation after upgrading to 3.6, and as vbplaza doesn't work, i guess that's why my vbookie doesn't work.

the thing is though it doesn't work in the strangest way i hear from people that they get errors. but mine, when i tick the vbookie checkbox, it just ignores that and posts the thread without forwarding me to the vbookie creation page. so maybe it doesn't mean that it doesn't work with vbplaza, but rather then it just doesn't work period.

i'm really not sure.

Well, the author of vBookie added support for my hack a long time ago when it was still eBux / eStore, but due to legal issues, I had to change the name. So when he added support for vBookie, he did so for eBux / eStore, I'd really hate to ask him to update it again and add another option for vbBux / vbPlaza, so I just created the vbookie_integration folder as a way to not bug the maker of vBookie. However, now that its been a bit more stable and eBux / eStore is no more, I might send him a PM on this subject again.

ALSO NOTE: For branding free customers of vbBux / vbPlaza, the v1.5.7 Beta 1 is for download at http://www.vbplaza.com/forums/

While I wish I had tons of money to get this now, any chance of seeing a 3.6 version for us regular folk who don't mind the vBPlaza tag? ;)

Yes of course, but I dont want to release it out in the wild because is still under testing currently.

If u want to help test the release, we could arrange something I'm sure :)
