How can I make it so SuperAdmins ONLY can administer the vbbux related scripts?

I have a site with a coadmin and there are a lot of things in those scripts that would be best not changed by someone that doesn't know what they are doing... How can I require SuperAdmin rights to see or adminsiter vbbux?

I'll have to add a new setting to set which users can administer vbBux / vbPlaza.
