TBD, what is it standing for?

Well, I've disabled all options of the "Forum Options" category, but the category itself is still displayed.
Now, instead of a price, it's displaying "TBD".
What is "TBD" standing for?
Just wondering, I know why it's there, but I want to know what it means.
One of my members has been asking this so I thought instead of making random guesses, I'd better ask the creator ;)

Yes, its To Be Determined as the costs will be calculated based on what Usergroup u want to purchase and/or other settings like which Lottery u want to purchase a ticket for, etc..
