Missing Post icons,smilies Please help

I have a member on my site that only when logged in with his account he is missing all the post icons, smilies & all the icons above the message body.
He is one on my premium members and desperalty need to fix his account. No other member is having this issue. How do I fix this?

Sounds like a local issue with his browser. Have you tried logging in yourself with his account to see if you get the same results?

Yes I have logged in from my PC with his username and password and it does the same thing for me but fine if I login with any other account
