Permissions on catagories doesn't filter down to the actual forums. I'm sure you know that cause I mentioned it before. Sadly, I can't find where I mentioned it and your reply.

No it doesnt because I wasnt sure how to do that properly yet, I'll see about looking into it in the future though.
