[Bug?]Federal Tax not shown on confirmation screen

I got rid of all the taxes except for the federal tax, but the tax rate shows as 0.00 on the confirmation page...

Yes, the federal tax is a hidden tax at this point. It will probably start getting displayed when I have time to hammer out the loan system.
