Memberinfo issue

hi peeps

I have a wee issue with my users profiles
This issue only shows its self if thier instant messaging is private (none listed)
Please see image

If a user has listed thier IM account/s then all is well,
I have tried to see whats amiss but cannot see anything untoward
I thought it may have been the MS Timzone image so i hav uninstalled it
but still have the same issue :(
