... with Firefox users?

We have many Firefox users (both IE and Mac versions) on our site and the username glow and bold option is not working when buying it in the eStore. With Firefox users, they are unable to see ANY change to the username (in either their own username, or anybody else's username that has purchased either option).

I've had to refund the points back to a few users that bought it and then couldn't see the change ... after doing this a few times, I just disabled it altogether. But it's a popular feature, so I was wondering if there was a bug with this and if you were aware of it?

You are using the older eStore, can u upgrade to the new vbPlaza and see if this is still an issue? I have never seen this issue, but I'm always using the latest build too... lol

Yes, firefox wont see the glow in the username, due to it using the "filter" command thats only available in IE and firefox doesnt have a version of this function (to my knowledge).

But the boldness should work in firefox.

So no glow effect then for firefox users? Is it possible at all?

Not without Firefox adding support for their browser to use "filter" properties.
