when i try it.

It take long time.

and then show Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/bing11/public_html/bbs/includes/adminfunctions.php on line 2829

Redid the Mass Forum Settings, its INSTANTLY fast now :)

It sets all forums using 3 queries and calling 1 function for build_forum_permissions();

It will be changed to this in v1.5.1
