I ahve them enabled, I made sure the correct usergroups have access, but none of them actually work when purchased.
I rechecked all my edits twice and they are all correct. Any ideas?

Are you editing the right templates? Make sure you edit postbit_legacy if you are using postbit_legacy and postbit if you are using postbit....however with the new options....it's a good idea to edit both of these because your users can now purchase which one they want....Also make sure that when you upgrade you overwrite all files as well as import the new product xml file allowing overwrite and then finally revert any estore templates that you have edited.

I'm positive. We use regular post bits, but i did them both in case I decide to change.
I always overwrite when I upgrade.
I did get the glow to work, but the names will not change color.

thanks.
In order to get this to work, I had to remove the html markup I had set for certain usergroups. :(
I removed it because so many of my members wanted to change their username colors, but now there is no way to distinguish forum leaders from members in the who's online box.
Is this something that can be worked around in the future?

Maybe, tell me what hack exactly is causing this issue. Like a link to the thread here.

I don't believe that it is a hack. Its just the normal html markup that you can use to change usergroup names certain colors.

Ok, for me to replicate this problem, what are you putting in exactly for one of the markups? And can u post a screen shot of the exact problem area?

In the markup, I had previously entered
<span style="color:#076a3c" title="Obey Me"> and then in the end area </span>
When that is in the markup area, and you buy a colored username, it will not change the name, only the line underneath.

Oh, thats because you are overriding the "style="... Maybe try using <font color="#076A3C"> and see if that fixes it?

Nope. I tried doing <font color="#F5A300"> and then bought a colored username and it didn't work.

Is this just something we're going to have to deal with?

I'll look into this issue later today, have you tried something simple for the HTML markup like <b> and </b> ?
