Upgrading from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4
Can anyone tell me why I am getting this at step 4?
Step 4) Import latest style
Importing vbulletin-style.xml

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: replace_template_variables() in /forum/includes/adminfunctions_template.php on line 2173
I have tried uploading the files a couple times but I still get stuck here and it's messed my board up to the point I can't get into the ACP.
