How can I do a slide Bar?

Okay I need to figure out a slide bar, I want it to slide from 0 - 100, I am not sure how you can do this, does anyone know a good site tha texplains this, or have an example of how to do this? I will need to be able to save what number they leave it on into the database as well. If that makes a difference.
