do you have the server info hack installed in your forum? if so i had the same problem so what i did was i had to back track the hacks that i installed to see which one was giving me the error so it ended up to be the server info hack to this date the forum is stable with no errors, but not finish want to make sure it's that..but since i disabled it forum has been stable with no errors.. :ermm: hope this will help

I do not have the server info hack installed. When i get this error it resets the online count too.

hmm, stuck on that one sounds like the host server issue, unless someone can help you with that issue. :ermm:

This error means you have reached your limit of mySQL connections and the server is busy talking to other clients. The default limit is 100, if you need more then that you should ask your host to raise the limit for you.

so my site is to popular? gah.

this usually happens when i have 100 ppl online and it sends me an email and the online count gets reset.

sounds about right, your mysql settings need tuning.
