Need HELP with DB [Archive]

I lost my attachments from file system, and I have a DB backup from a month ago, how can I extrathem from that one and upload them to the new one?.

Any help.

Import it to a test board, move attachments to filesystem, then copy the files to your production board. Never tried, but it might work.

how can I import it to my board? I do not see the iport comand, only dounload in my CP.

Make sure to import to a test database, and not your production.
