Displays Upcoming Events on the top of the pages FORUMHOME, FORUMDISPLAY and SHOWTHREAD.

After numerous failures in creating this plug-in Dark_Wizard created it for me and deserves all credit for this product.

It does not work with Farcaster's Event Attendance (RSVP)

So how can I change the background color and place the block above the breadcrumb instead of above.

Ok I installed this mod and it did not work so I removed it now I am left with the bar still showing on the top of my forum. How do I get rid of this?

Just uninstall the product.

I've been away for 20 months and just recently took back control of my club forum and my members rely heavily on this since we're event based. It works fine on the latest version. I suspect you don't have any events showing in WGO either. All this does is move the events to the top of the page and will show whatever shows in WGO.

The same problem in my forum.
All the events are delayed by a day.
On the bottom of my forum, where the original Calendar is displayed, all works fine.

I like this mod, but there is a date bug as everyone mention....

I guess if we just grabbed the upcoming event code from the button to somewhere around navbar and header, it would work just fine... the only issue is that it won't show events before the same day of the event....

Code:
<div id="wgo_events" class="wgo_subblock section">
				<h3 class="blocksubhead"><img src="{vb:stylevar imgdir_misc}/event.png" alt="{vb:rawphrase todays_events}" /><vb:if condition="$show['todaysevents']">{vb:rawphrase todays_events}<vb:else />{vb:rawphrase upcoming_events_for_the_next_x_days, {vb:raw vboptions.showevents}}</vb:if></h3>
				<ol>
					{vb:raw upcomingevents}
				</ol>
			</div>

It should. Mine shows events for the next 3 days. There must be a setting somewhere that controls that.

I didn't actually understand that question when I first read it. Like everyone else, I quickly discovered the mod has the wrong dates so I use the 'normal calendar code' moved to the top.

I doubt it. Assuming you've read the thread you see the mod doesn't work quite right, and you can see Upcoming Events already at the bottom of your home page.

Change in the XML file
$uevent_date = vbdate($vbulletin->options['dateformat'], $uevents['dateline_from'] + 86400, false, true, false);

to

$uevent_date = vbdate($vbulletin->options['dateformat'], $uevents['dateline_from'], false, true, false);
