What is this?

This add on gives your users the possibility to collect their favourite videos from some video-webpages (supported at the moment: MyVideo, YouTube, Sevenload and Metacafe) and to provide them in the forum. The videos can be commented and rated.

The Administrator has many possibilities of settings and can create video-categories and administrate the video-directory.

Installation:

Upload all files from the directory "root" (Keep the structure of folders)
The directory of videothumbnails and includes/videoserviceapi needs 777 permissions
Import the product-videodirectory.xml from the admin-controllpanel
After importing the product DON'T close the window, follow the installiton instructions!

I see no "class-youtube.php" file in the download.

That's not a valid you tube url.

You have to link to the site of th evideo (with coomments stc)

Reimport the Video-Hosters via the ACP.

Try this:

Open includes/class_dm_videocmment.php and replace all instances of vbstrlen with strlen.

Not in the download zip mate ( i had to download it from your fix post )
I would re-upload entire zip, with all files

Is there any way to get this to work with AME?

This way instead of you being restricted to MyVideo and YouTube, you will be able to use any AME.
