The [USML] Navbar Networks Version 2.0.0 allows you to add Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, YouTube, Skype, RSS and/or Google+ networking links to your navbar or header. This is mainly for the default navbar and header. If you install this on a custom navbar or header, you may need to tweak the stylevars for your custom style to get it working correctly.
Version 2.0.0 has been almost completely rewritten! So, be sure to make a backup of your changes, if you made any, as you will probably need to re-do those changes.

I was also wondering how is this supposed to work with the images folder if there is already the images folder for vbuletin in the main directory??? I mean wouldnt that try and overwrite that??? Something's wrong with that.....

Did you upload all of the files to their correct directories? I'm going to say you more than likely didn't since you are receiving those errors.
Also, no, it will not overwrite the images directory of vbulletin
