Ban User From A Thread Break Up Those Fights
Summary:
Allows Administrators/Supermods to ban a user from a particular thread.
Most useful if you have a flame started and you dont want to lock the entire thread or ban the user entirely; just keep them out of the thread.
Features:
1. Allow Banning of users from a particular thread.
2. Can only ban if person has SuperModerator or Higher Permissions.
3. Cannot ban Mods/Supermods/Admins.
4. Can clear all bans in a particular thread, or bans from All threads.
5. Can ban/unban user from a single menu when clicking their name.
6. Page to display Forum Wide Thread Bans.

Don't understand what you're talking about. If you want to make threads private by default.. look for another hack

Not private ... but we have some users that invite others to a specific argumentation to show a specific result . I think it is very near to your code but in difference of (==) & ( != )when you check can users access to thread or not . It means the thread starter or moderator can specify usernames that they can reply to the thread instead of specifying those can not reply.
It would be good if standard moderators could use it in their own forums though.

Feel free to make the code modifications dealing with the usergroup checking, but Im not changing the default behaviour of this hack, sorry.
