TfSEO 2.1

TfSEO is a powerful and free url rewrite for the vBulletin system: it rewrite forum, thread and post urls.
For me it's very hard to explain well all the feature of this plugin, soo the best way is test it.

How much does it weight on the server?

I have tested on my home server:
TfSEO enabled, heavy:
Code:
[root@hserver ~]# ab -n 100 http://hserver/tfseo_1/main-forum-f2/dsadas-t4
This is ApacheBench, Version 2.0.40-dev <$Revision: 1.146 $> apache-2.0

Like you can see product takes about +10ms per request.

No

EDIT:
Instead of the forums being named f1, f2, ect. Is it possible to name them the forum name like Announcement-f1?

Bug:
I use a markup modification for closed topics. If they close they become bold. When your script grabs the topic it takes the bold tags with it. EX:
b-welcome-b

Feature Request:
Member rewrite

Very easy install, but it doesn't work with some other mods from here which is a bit disappointing, will have to do until I can afford vbseo - even though it is a bit pricy now!

It has to link to the rewritten URL.

I have been reading all the posts and problems with the 301 redirect issues, and I have confused myself a bit. Currently, I have a reseller package. My forum is hosted on the main account. I am running the mod in heavy mode and it works great until I try enable the 301 redirects. Then I get the looping error. I have edited the base URL correctly. However, my forums are not in a sub directory, they are in my "public_html" folder. Could this be causing the probem, and if so, is there a way for me to correct it, without moving my forum into a sub directory?

I understand the 301 issue has been addressed many times, and I thank you in advance for your patience.

Also, after installing this Mod, when I submit an article on vBdynamics, I get a 404 error on the redirect page. I have redirects turned off, but some pages still use them by default. Is there any way around this?

I don't have time to edit over 200 forums... Why can't you have an option for it to do it automatically?

hi,

is there any bug with this one:

Q: Where can i edit "edit-this-from-admincp-than-forum"?
A: Set TfSEO Type to Heavy, and than go AdminCP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Edit Forum > TfSEO Forum Urls.

i got vb 3.7.3 and i edited some of my forums in Acp with some words, when i klick on my forum its ok, but if i klick then on a post, the "edit-this-from-admin...." shows up again

so... in forum index all working well, but clicking on a posting, the url of the category shows up as the text....

any ideas ?

Feature Request:
I like the archive pages being simple. Is there a way to keep them simple and still have the SEO within the archive pages?
