Project Description
RPG Inferno 2.4 Lite has been re-released for use on vBulletin 3.6.x boards the features have remained the same as the previous release (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=103792) but all of the known bugs have been ironed out and a few extra item images have also been added to the package.
Read the first reply lol, Inferno Tech is the company Zero Tolerance Co-Owns - Inferno Technologies, all of the companies releases will be under this name, including his, as will support but Zero Tolerance will give his own support under his name.
How easy would it be for someone with basic coding knowledge and intermediate knowledge of vBulletin to integrate this with an existing cash mod, is it as simple as directing the mod to a different table?
Secondly, if a website wanted to advertise this as it's own entity, designing a GUI outside of the forum as a placeholder with it's own domain and whatnot, would this break the licence agreement? Obviously all copyright notices will be kept.

There should be no problem for you to be able to do that modification, maybe if you could say what the cash mod is, it would be possible to help better.

define what you mean by "it's own entity" and that would need to be discussed with Zero Tolerance as he is the copyright holder

We use vBux modified to remove the security issues.

Basically as a website not a forum attachment, it's an extremely powerful modification that simply runs off the vBulletin database. I don't see why it should be confined to residing only as a sub-directory on a forum, I think it could do well as a website with a forum attached.
It would mean from our end customising it to fit within a web page, instead of a form within a forum... but regardless it would essentially look the same.
I've installed it and its looking great but I'm unsure what to do next setting it up etc? I see all the graphics etc but do I have to ADD them all myself? Thats going to be a big job! lol

Right i personally dont see why you would need to incorporate vBux as i believe the money manager within Inferno covers the same things as vBux

Personally, i don't see that there will be a problem with that but i would need to have a word with the rest of the team before i could give you a definative answer.

Unfortunatly with 2.4 lite yes you do need to add what ones you want yourself
With regards to the vBux thing, I have an active community using our own currency for user changes etc, really I would like to have one global currency instead of having to have one for this mod and one for the forum shop.

so you can use gil money from the game to say... buy a glowing username in teh forums or gifts for one's postbit ?
Played around a bit with it on gzevolution... interesting. but didn't really see all the options you are mentioning and a little confusing to use outta the gate (some minor navigations issues imo)
but started to fun once I could kill a imp easier. heh. in any case, people on my board have already expressed a lot of interest in it... so just a some questions before purchasing (no lite for me).
how big is it? I mean is open ended...or can you "win/finish" it? then what?
I noticed in the ACP... great aomunot of controls and customization possible which is great! but though I noticed you can ADD PLACES ... can you change the default world map? Like if I wanted to be ...er... in space or something? UT or sci-fi stuff wouldn't really go with the based RPG map.
so you can use gil for forum enhancement purchases? like glow, bold and colored user names (vbux does that), or buying gifts that you see in your postbit.
thanks agains for your replies and GREAT MOD in any case.
