Hi all This download containe 2 versions of the league. One with ucash/ushop And the other with out Here is what you have been waiting for my first hack of my own. What is this hack, Well its a online league managment tool for running a online league system. This league system will run a 16 player tournament, Tournament signup, league signup and resign, News for the admin to let his members know when the next tournament is. members are able to join a team or make a team. Admin area The admin and make delete edit tournaments, The admin can also make teams as and when he like where members of the site can only make one team. The admin can report wins for each player when viewing players in the admincp. He can also edit delete and report losses. When players have signed up to a tournament in the admincp on touenaments the admin will see All players in the tournaments and the tournament ID next to each player. When a player reports a lose the admin will see all reports in the tournaments page. Install. This is so simple anyone can install this. Unzip the vbleague_3.5 file in a folder on your pc Upload the files to the root of your forum like root/forums/admincp root/forums/images/league root/forums/league.php Login to your admin cp and put this to install. goto you plugin system click manage products [Add/Import Product] Browse for the product-league.xml file dont click Allow Overwrite Do this as a new install only If you have any problems please post here and i will help as soon as i can. Could you give me a better example? I'm still not getting. Where I'm getting lost is after the forum puts people on teams.

Two groups of people can play Socom online and record their scores after the match. You set up a match before you play... play... and then report it afterwards. It's a self-run script. I'm assuming that's how it works based on what he said. It's not working for me so yeah. |

Yes. That's where staff come in. I used to work for GameBattles as a site administrator. We hired admins and referees to watch games. If there were problems within a match, a referee would be called and would go into the game to witness scores and cheating. If the team that lost did not report the loss, the referee would do it for them. As with everything, there's always a downside.

Please can we have version numbers?
A lot of updates where made during the last 2 days but the version number stayed the same. Very confusing |

the only updates have been to the install and not to the league its self so the version is the same.
To install you will need to uninstall to be able to reinstall. i have not tested the league on 3.5 as yet but blaine has and has it working. I will try the install out today and see if there is any problems. |

omg....been waiting for this.....
fortunately I have to finish some other updates before I install so maybe that'll be enough tiem to work out some more the beta version issues. still..THANK YOU!! I love you forever!!!!!!!!! @ReadorDie: the use for this is much more obvious to those with gaming or gaming clan forums. Most clans for games run a forum. And its the place they meet to arrange matches and chitchat etc. Similiar things like ladder matches and tournmanet are run all the time using the "loser reports the score" system and its quite developed (check and balances system). This hack is just integrates a tourny system into vbulletin (THANKFULLY!) instead of having to set up a different tournament bracket tracking site all together. I personally participate in lots of Unreal Tournament (pc shooting game) with similiar systems and have always wished it could be integrated properly withing vbulletin. (our clan runs a gaming server too...so we could arrange tourney's on our clan forum and run tournaments on our own server and then of course track results on the forum). non-online gaming wise: I also participate on a Pool forum (aka pocket billiards) where tournaments are obviously relevant. The tournament results are report by judges and forums members can track the results. It's nice to have it related to points systems and ucash/store for sure...but for the most part it doesn't have to be related to that all of the kind of tournaments many people might use it for. hope that clears things up. |
