This is still being worked on and the new phpWebsite code will be released hopefully soon, once that happens then I can get back on track.

I've put together something in Nuke and now I'm wondering whether I'm better off with PHPWebsite, although the features seem extremely limited with it and it appears very crude, to say the least. However, after playing with Nuke for about a week I'm begining to believe your comment about sloppy coding (all the misspellings that haven't been corrected and little programming errors on a superficial level are warning about what is contained therein) can create havoc. Try to put quotes in blocks and other areas... you'll have a blast. I'd be interested in working on some integration and hopefully by the time you are there I'll be able to help...

I did my own mod to vbulletin, I took the core files, and made an phpvbwebsite with styles, replacements, and template system, its still in the alpha stages, and I'm very limited in php codeing, so that sucks, becous what I want to do I cant becouse I dont have the knowlege, it has a admin control panel just like vb dose with its cp.css file to admin all files of the site, I have an working site, its like 20% completed.

it looks something like, (I mean the layout of it)
http://www.amalla.com/harpia/

it has 2 sides, and main middle side for news and other files

all its pulled from the DB

by something like

http://www.domain.com/index.php?hl=news_current
(this pulls the template from DB with the news script.

you can assign styles to it, like blue, gree, just like vb, and replacemt vars for all the templates stored in DB but not outside, havent figured that out yeat how to do it.

it has its own phpinclude template
so assigning mods its very easy
all you have to do is add an function

like

include("/path/news.php") // function in news.php
$news = current_news();

and put $news var anywhere you want to disply news in any template you want, so easy!

Help me if you want, ICQ:8116104

So is there a way to use the same user database in VB and PHPNUKE so if someone signs up to it there name is used in both phpnuke and the forum without having to signup twice once for phpnuke and then for the forum. It seems phpnuke uses nuke_users & VB uses just user
