What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.

i don't see the the "◦Thread Bookmarking" button, when i add thread where can i see the Bookmarking?

can you add the feature of "add folder", exmaple:
i want to add favorites songs(thread or messages) from forum, i add folder name it songs and add all the songs(thread or messages) to the folder.
