This is something we have been using for the last few years on Cable Forum, it displays a list of reported posts and reported private messages - for both staff and members to see.
The list shows ;
Reported Date/Time
Reporter (Staff Only)
Thread Title
Post Number
Actioned Date/Time
Moderator Who Actioned.
Warning: For this system to work you must have vbulletin set-up to create a new thread for each report. Installing this will disable the e-mail reporting, so until you have a report forum set, reporting will be disabled.
On the reported posts page members can click on the Actioned Moderator name to see any comment left by the moderator.
A report is considered as actioned by the first staff member to reply in the report thread. The comments are read from that first post (by default it reads anything inside quote tags).
Staff can click on the reporter to be taken directly to the report thread.
Staff Usergroups are defined in the mods settings - also the number of days to show reports for is defined in the settings.
If enabled, this will also add a link to your Quick Links or Community Links. There is also an option to prefix the link path if you use something like CMPS.
This will only list reported posts and private message's.

Is there anyway to use this on MySQL Version : 4.1.22-standard ?
I changed 1 number in the xml file but couldn't get it working when i went to the page, it gave me a DB error.
You obviously edited or removed the XML dependency, otherwise you could not have installed this.
As you have now found out, its not there just for the fun of it. This wont run on mysql4.
Hi Paul. This is awesome mod. This is what I've been waiting for. But is it possible to make the list only viewable by moderators and admin? I don't want normal members or none registered users to see this list at all.

There is no relationship between the version of mysql and text colour, so not sure what thats about. There is no option to change the text colour, you would need to edit the template or css.

Sorry to confuse you about that but I asked you a question when I was on mysql 4 and we just upgraded so it works.
