Hi all, this is my first hack and i want share here.

This product will give you the option to add advertising on postbit template without template edits. just upload the xml set your ad code and done!
This hack is for any ads service, not only for google adsense

> install
Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'product-ads_in_postbit.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

> Mod Info
Plugins : 2
Phrases : 10
Templates : 1
Settings : 4

> Ads inside postbit Settings
Go to your admin cp, then:
vBulletin Options -> elmati - ADS inside postbit

> Versions:

v1.0.1 - 07 May 2008
- Usergroup permisions. (exclude usergroups)
- Added feature: Exclude forums.
- Added feature: Show ads every certain number of messages
- Minor bugs fixed

- There is a bug when using the quickreply and the new post created has advertising. That issue shows a blank page... I am still looking for a solution.

I like it alot, but is there a way to display the ads at the bottom of the post instead of the right side?

That woudl be great yes... Most people Reply on things and the chance they read the last post is much higher...

I'm not sure if you were replying to me but if you were that isn't what I meant. I still want the ad in the 1st post, but at the bottom of the post, not the right side of the post , where it is positioned by default.

How would I need to modify the <div> in the XML file?

Well I was replying to you indeed. What I ment was to have the ad inside the first post and the option to have it inside of the last post on every page as well.

I'd love to tell ya how but I'm not sure myself...

Installed and working Great ~ Well impressed,

have it working for Guests, Not Logged in and users awaiting moderatoration. Used it with my Amazon widget

You need to adjust the postbit width, I think its set to 200 by default, I have mine set at 750 http://www.ukbusinesslive.co.uk/foru...hread.php?t=56

it depends if you have a fluid or fixed style, best thing to do is to pay with it and see, trial and error always works for me
