Major Additions - [AJAX] EWT - Chat Minichat Addon (Shoutbox)

This addon gives you a shoutbox style minichat on your forum pages. Right now it shows up on all pages but I will release a new version soon which will have an option for forumhome only or all pages.

Requirements: You must have EWT vBChat installed for this to function correctly.

Same problem here as you guys, ill disable it for now untill sombody can fix
