Description:
This is a ticket support system. Your members can now open up tickets rather than email you all the time.

Features

• No File Edits!
• Ability to turn the HelpDesk off.
• Ability to turn the New Ticket option off.
• Automated Response to users when tickets are submitted by email or private message.
• Ability to select which usergroups have access to creating Departments and managing the other usergroup's HelpDesk settings.
• Departments / Ticket Categories.
• Limit usergroups to handle certain department tickets.
• Limit usergroups by the following actions: new tickets, edit tickets, delete tickets, resolve / unresolve tickets, claim/unclaim ownership of tickets.
• New Tickets since last visit to forums.
• New Replies since last visit to forums.
• Unresolved / Resolved Tickets.
• WYSIWYG Editor for replies.

No File Edits!
When upgrading your forums there will be no problems. This will not give you any headaches because it almost runs separate of vBulletin..

1 Template Modification
This only has one template modification and that is to the navbar if you want a link there.

v1.55 - Bug fixes. Fixes the problem with the Usergroup Settings page loading half the way down the page in IE.
v1.60 - Bug fixes. Fixes the security hole pointed out by xYarub. This also adds the send a new PM on ticket update feature.
v1.61 - Bug fixes.
v1.62 - Parse error fix.
v1.63 - Really fixed the permission errors.

How can I change the user id from 1 to 2?

I had an admin account that i merged into my main one with user id 2. However, PM's now show as from no user (Which I suppose is good as users have to reply via ticket system).

Will it cause any errors having the main admin as user id 2 and not having a user id 1?

I am never getting any PMs sent when a ticket is submitted, and I do have the usergroup settings set for admins to handle the tickets. The auto-response PMs are going out fine, but the admins never get notified. Is this a feature that is missing, or maybe I don't have it installed/configured correctly?

yea, i also don't get noticed when someone makes a ticket nor can't view it

I can view the tickets. but since no PM is sent I must always be checking the help desk, which is no fun. Is there supposed to be a PM sent to the admin/user/usergroup set to handle the tickets? If not, can this feature be added? Without that feature the Help Desk is more of a thorn in my side than it is a help.

I got the new ticket on "yes" but it wont allow for new tickets to be submitted thoughts?

Is it possible for someone to create a page that would list out all permissions for existing usegroups? It's hard to keep track when you have over 200 usergroups.

Install didn't create the 'ticketdepartment' database table?

I figured that out, just reinstalled and it worked ok.

Now I am trying to link the username of the ticket creater to their profile page. I know I'm close but can't get the userid number to show up. Here's what I'm using:

Can anyone tell me why the userid is missing from this link?

I think u=$ticket[postuserid] is wrong.
