I love this mod, however could we somehow have it pm ticket owners any new changes to the ticket? OR add a notification like a new PM or something similar? This would be great, thanks.

I'm having major css issues. Where in what files are you pulling off what css options?
I've determined that it's grabbing my table border background which is black, but making it a large thick line which I don't like. How I can edit your layout? |

Installed but wanted to request some feature of the next release.
When member A posts a open ticket then the member or member group who has rights to close the ticket should have other options except for just close, example of other feature would be like In Review, Declined, Approved with option to close ticket once appoved, when the approver changes the status of this ticket then the original poster of the ticket should get an email and or PM with the new ticket status so that way he can be in the loop of what the ticket status is. |

I have updated the download, it will fix the issue with the Standard Editor, it has improved functionality for both Editors and it also fixes the version error issue.

ago, i made sure i allowed overwrite and my version is still saying Powered By HelpCenter Version 1.0 Release Candidate 1 |
