This is a port of aws and i release this with permission...(yes i did ask the original author)
This version of the warning includes
1 vbulletin 3.6.x product file (XML)

1 functions file(functions_warning.php)
3 images
3 cronjobs
1 modcp file to allow moderators to view warnings information without having to give admincp access(mod_warn.php)
1 admincp file to manage the system options(admin_warn.php)
1 XML to control permissions(bitfield_aws.xml)
For a completer list of the system features you can refer to this
This version will also require vbulletin 3.6.x to run.If you run 3.5.x or any other release then 3.6.x you will see a message.
This system is tested for a long time and i believe it's stable enough for a public release HOWEVER since this is a major hack and i'm just human please consider this first public run still as "beta"

A problem has been found where no link is provided to view your own warnings(normal users) in the member profile only i fixed this.To get the fix you will need to reedit your "MEMBERINFO" template and reimport product-aws.xml (set allow overwrite to yes)
a product depency whas added the system will no longer install on PHP 5 (in response to continued error reports on that PHP version)

People on PHP 5 can follow this instructions to avoid the PHP version related error message BUT remember you are on your own if you do this.I won't upgrade my PHP until PHP 5 is there main stable release (www.php.net)

A bug has been reported in the system. This bug whas causing vbulletin to throw an error when you try to use admincp => users=> add a new user
Quote:
Fatal error: Call to a member function clean_gpc() on a non-object in class_dm_user.php(2385) : eval()'d code on line 35
Solution
Edit plugin "AWS:warn link in usermanager" and replace all code with this
This release includes a fix for the problem "call to member function on a non object class_dm_user.php)" when you try to add a new user manaually (after submitting the form)
What code causes the buttons/text for mods and admins to warn a user appear? I viewed a user's profile to test the new warning system and the link didn't appear. I viewed a post and the link didn't appear there either. I don't think I missed anything in the readme, but it very well could have happened. Everything else appears fine (for now), just need to be able to have these buttons appear. Otherwise, I can only view the user's options and perform a non-post related warning.
I thought I was just going crazy. Yeah, that's the same for me, the buttons don't show up. Not only that, but my vB is going nuts with a bunch of errors that disappear after I disable the AWS.

Thanks for that, but it still doesn't display a link or button. I'm using a separate style other than vB's default, not sure if that is causing the problem. If you could point out what code will display the links/buttons, I'll see if I can figure it out.
(Times like these I wish I learned php, unfortunately I'm only a Classic ASP/ASP.Net programmer )
I'm guessing AWS 3.6.9 isn't compatible with vB 3.6.8? Because I just installed a fresh new vBulletin and immediately installed AWS.
I get the

right away.
Strange, I have the same version and everything seems to work so far except for displaying the links to view warning and give warnings. These links don't appear in either the user profile or the post. However, I can see the Give Warning (Non-Post related) and View Warnings links from the User Options link.
you still need to apply the fix i mentioned earlier and you have to add at least one warningtype of each kind before the links / buttons will show up (post related / non post related) also remember the tms system only works on templates that have custimized you will have to manually edit the templates for each style you use if you can't get this to work

I applied the fix as you suggested, but still no luck. I do have warnings of both types as well.
What I did notice, however, is that when I go to Admin CP -> VBulletin Options -> vBulletin Advanced Warning System and I scroll way to the bottom, where it says "Use textual links of buttons", it displays "Error" where the radio buttons would be.
So perhaps if I can get that fixed, then I will stop having these issues. But, when I go to Admin CP -> Advanced Warning System -> Manage Warning Options, the drop down box with Text/Button properly appears.
So it looks correct in one section (after the fix was applied) but not in the other.
I found the problem with the missing warning controls that is fixed and i will the update the package when i'm done updatig the instructions.
The tms system has been removed from this hack as it whas causing a lot more problems then advantages ... The downside is that you will have to manually edit each template(s) for all style(s) you use on your forum
