As promised I have ported over my popular Black and Gold style from vB 3.0.X to vB 3.5 and I have also made some minor changes to it. I received a lot of requests to apply the category spacing modification to the old version; however, due to time constraints I was never able to get that completed but have included it with this release (If you would like a version without this please let me know and I can release it as well.) I also modified a few of the images but the majority of them remain the same as in the previous version.
As always please let me know of any issues with the style - I tested it pretty thoroughly and wasn't able to find anything out of place but I have missed things before.

Yeah, lol. When I first installed this it was Fluid... but now that I've updated, it's become Fixed.
You can set the width to whatever you want it to be in the AdminCP - Just go to Styles and Templates > Style Manager > All Style Options. On that page just change the "Outer Table Width" option to whatever you like - It can be any percentage or a fixed number of pixels. It's currently set at 70% as I was fixing an issue which caused it to display incorrectly at any percentage except 100.

I'm having a hard time with image paths:
I only changed the image path to: forums/images/bgold/misc/logo.gif
In Firefox it works fine, in IE it looks for: forums/forums/images/bgold/misc/logo.gif
And when I remove the forums in the path, it works in IE and doesn't in Firefox.
Any idea how to fix this?

That's kind of bazarre - I've never experienced anything like that before (And I test all of my skins in Firefox/IE/Opera.) Can you try putting the full path to your images in (I.E. - http://www.yourdomain.com/forums/ima.../misc/logo.gif) ? Let me know if that works for you.

I'll take a look and see if I can't dig up what that problem is - I know you can set it to a fixed width in pixels just fine but I never tried any other percentages .... whoops ...
EDIT: There indeed was a problem but I fixed it and uploaded a new archive containing an updated .XML file.
Thanks for sorting it ... works like a charm
Great work, all my members like it, definately sticking with it ... and again, thanks for the PSD files ... makes life so much easier for the logo
