I want to purchase it, but I don't know if I should wait till v3.0 comes out, or do it as soon as I get a domain. And can you upgrade from 2.2.8 to 3.0 free when it comes?

I thought about 2.2.6 to 2.2.7, because there wouldnt be a huge set of changes between them both, then 2.2.7 and 2.2.8, because there wouldnt be a huge set of changes between them either...

But I went from 2.2.6 to 2.2.8 anyway

It'll probably just by 2.2.10 .. 2.2.20 as 2.3.0 or anything sounds like a major release when it'll just be a maintence release.
