What is this hack?
This mod allow you to add fake stats to:
  • Records
  • Guests Online
  • Registered Users
  • Threads Count
  • Active Members

How to install it?
  • Download the product file below and import it into your vBulletin via the product manager.
  • Done.
  • Go to Admincp -> vB Options -> Fake Statistics Number

What is included?
  • Products to Install: 1
  • Plugins Included: 2
  • Setting Group: 1
  • Phrases: 31
  • Settings: 15
  • Files to Upload: 0

The additional post count doesn't add up to the actual real count. Tested on 4.2.2.
Any idea what's wrong there?

I don't believe are all user online.. but look like...
It's writes under Active users...

It does not work on 4.2.2 it will need an update to fix that problem

I have looked into it before, but I am not sure it is worth the time to create something that "fakes" stats for a site. I think it is more important for the owner to create interesting content, and work on getting members.

Having fake stats on the site is not going to accomplish anything.

I would rather have a plugin that makes all members show they are online all the time so the board looks busy

So if you have 16,000 members, you want them to show as online all the time?
