CANCELED: I have sold my licenses and will no longer release addons for vBulletin. I have found a new forum software that is currently in alpha testing. I plan to use it and convert all addons to it. Thank you all for your support and use of my addons. Sorry if I did not deliver exactly what you all wanted but when a great product becomes crappy then I bail before I lose anymore money in it.
Thanks and good luck to you all

I actually added the "txt, gif, jpg, zip, tar" as a last resort. You have them listed, exactly as I do (I copied and pasted them) as an example beside the field. You may want to update your example text.
I will reinstall this later on and give it a whirl. Thanks.
What example text? You shouldn't just copy and paste as an example without proper format and not say anything, can confuse a person such as myself. LOL
Which file types do you want to be allowed when uploadings.
Separate multiple with a comma.
E.g txt, gif, jpg, zip
That is your description for the input field where we enter which file types we are allowing. Since you are saying you can't write out the allowed file types as "txt, gif, jpg, zip", perhaps you should correct the description to show the proper format.
I have tried numerous variations for input and for one reason or another, this script simply does not want to upload zip files for me. I am just going to toss together a downloads page like I normally do. I would have been done already had I done that.
Uninstalled - No offense Steve. I understand it is a beta. I gave it a whirl but in its current state it simply isn't working well enough for me to continue attempts. I will keep peeking in on its development though.

You must be referring to the install txt file. I will change it.
Also, sorry its not working for you but to prevent others from having the same issues, I need to determine what the cause of your issues may be. Are you sure its a zip file as I know rar can be used as zip files as well.
Using FTP you right click the folder > Properties or CHMOD > left click and a new box will open > edit the box that has something like 0644 or 644 and enter either 0777 or 777 > click on OK > Done
Wasn't able to do that.
When you say right click folder, which folder do you mean?
I did right click a folder but the 0644 or 644 wasn't shown,
I will have an update to this as soon as I find time to sit down and work on the code more. I have one mod to update first and a new one to get released before an update to this one can commence.
