Download the zip file to your computer and extract it (I put it on my desktop, it's easier to remember where I put it. I do suggest moving the zip after installation to a folder on your computer so you have it as a back-up - just in case ).
Open your ftp client to your server. Go to your forum's images folder, open it, and create a styles folder.
Next, upload the sunrise folder via FTP to the styles folder, so that your image path is images/styles/sunrise/buttons, for example.
If you do use the enclosed color-coordinated smilies, simply upload the smilies folder via ftp, and overwrite your existing smailies. The image names are the same. *see below
After you've uploaded the images, open your admin control panel on your forum, and import the xml file, by going to Styles & Templates > Download / Upload styles > Import Style XML File.
Click on the Browse button, locate the xml file for sunrise, and double-click it so that it loads in that box, then hit the Import button.
If you have any questions, or run into any snags, please post your question here, do not PM me. You may be helping someone else as well.
Enjoy the Sunrise!
*if you use more than one theme on your forum, you may not want to upload these smilies unless they also match your other themes. All of your styles use just one set of smilies, unfortunately.
**Thanks go to GreenSmilies.com, and to the author/designer of this set of smilies for granting me permission to package them with this style!
*** NOTE - this style has been updated to 3.7.3

I got it up and working. I love it. One problem, the "last post" column is bigger than the others and stretches out sideways and makes it look off. Is this normal is there someting I am missing?
in your ACP, go to vBulletin Options, Forum Listings Display Options, and scroll down to Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters. This number should not be above 30. I like to keep mine around 20.

You have all of your forums at top level without a parent forum. For most styles to work correctly, you need to have a parent forum for each forum - the parent forum will be the category.
In your AdminCP >> Forums & Moderators >> Forums Manager, you can edit your forums. Simply create a parent forum and set that parent as a "CATEGORY" by setting "Act as Forum" to No. Then every forum in that category needs to be a child forum by making that category its parent forum.
I'm not sure that I explained this clearly, I'm not real good at that.
