how is digging your forum rules NOT considered spam?

The great irony is that this is almost worth Digging in itself. I mean, what is this?

It's worth considering, my friend, that someone searching for your forum may well have this, the thread at vBSEO or your Diggings appear in their search results. Possibly even ahead of your own forum. Which means that by your own hand someone searching for your forum is likely to read that you are a spammer (whether or not you personally believe you are a spammer, without exception everyone else does) and so in the process have given your forum and yourself a tarnish on your reputation.

So I would suggest to you, sir, that in the future unless you want to have this reputation in the eyes of forum users and potential customers, you strongly reconsider your actions and your attempts at defence.

Oh yes, believe me...I've learned what not to do and I'm back on Digg.
However, this time, I will not go to the "extreme" that it appears I went to.
All is good, my forum is safe, my ip is good, and my Digg account is great!

Hello,
A while back, my site was subject to a ban on Digg.com, but the ban has been lifted as of today. I submitted two articles to test the Digg.com service, courtesy of vbseo, and both articles were accepted by Digg.com.

Let this be news, if you get banned from Digg, the ban is only temporary.
