1. Step by step install files
2. All images, language files, templates, weather database file and scripts

Add a database install table script, for people who can not run
the single sql file (FOUND IN STEP 7). It is very easy to use!

this hack sould be updated , it is wonderfull addon that i was used in vb 3.0.x

i've tried to use it under 3.6.8 but getting this error:

profile.php?do=editoptions

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
includes/functions_user.php on line 333

my bad.. problem fixed, I thought I must change the table prefix under forecast.sql that has been given but when I changed back to default it works fine.
