In fact most CMS have some sort of ticket system/bridging options for VB

On top of this customers already pay for VB as it is, what would make customers want to pay for your ticket system mod? when you can get a FREE CMS that already has a ticket system in it and more then likely a much more advance system for FREE?

Exetel
This is your opinion, and your first post. Others may not want a full CMS system and just a support ticket system.

When you say they can see all tickets, what do you mean?

There is no "Submit a ticket".
You need to set the Usergroup Permissions for HelpCenter.

This can be done via the AdminCP under Department Management.

Thanks, Paul.

It might be my first post however if you have seen how long I've been registered for and the fact I'm still a paying customer for VB so my opinion on this still counts right? no matter how many posts someone makes right?...

And the fact i asked some important questions there mate which I'm sure others like to know the answers to if they going to choose a payed mod over a free one...

So lets try this again shale we?

What makes yours different from any other FREE ticket system out there that might have better features?

Bottom line is here you start off something given away for free that's fair enough but then later down the track you pull the plug basically begging for ppl to PAY for something extra that they might want which by all accounts would be a normal feature in any Ticket system how have totally missed the plot here?... Don't you think this a bit hash?.... I know I'm finding it hard to swallow this deception.

Regards

Cheyne

You should be able to set up permissions if I'm not mistaken for the mods able to have access to the ticket system

Give them permission to see them and they should be able to view the tickets through the HV menu.
