Ah, I see what you mean. Unfortunately, the features are locked as we have entered Release Candidate stage. Maybe an option in the paid version.

Your not going to get the market for ppl to pay for this type of mod, they would simply go for Joomla that has the bridge for VB and use the ticket system which already has some of the features you might be working on for the this so called "Pay version" Druple also has a bridge for VB as well and a ticket system... In fact most CMS have some sort of ticket system/bridging options for VB On top of this customers already pay for VB as it is, what would make customers want to pay for your ticket system mod? when you can get a FREE CMS that already has a ticket system in it and more then likely a much more advance system for FREE? No worries. I looked at Joomla before and re-took a peek. That would be at least a two month setup and customization and I don't have that kind of time right now so I'm good to spend the bucks on this project that is so far outstanding.

when i enter as guest i can see all tickets even if i choose no permissions in usergroup so what is that? |

I cant seem to submit a ticket at all. In helpcenter.php the side colum just has:
HelpCenter Navigation View My Tickets There is no "Submit a ticket". |
