filbie - thats very contradicting!

you...a mod...saying FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE...that asking doesnt get you a mod spot....lol - just nitpicking!

No, at other places I've asked and never had it happen as the case with others. I just contributed here (not money-wise, that was after I became a mod) and SD picked me.

I don't really even want it I'm admin at 4 forums and mod at like 3... and working on scripts and a video game...I'm booked

and I haven't gotten any sleep in 15 hours =\

Me & AL were picked at the same time, this forum was picking up alot back then and needed the extra mods IMO.

And now thats the end of that chapter.
