Yeah, but I am only going to be doing this with my points system and no cash. Is that still illegal?

One of my users created an "offsite" raffle here: http://uselessforums.theintarweb.net/lottery/

It's pretty basic, but thats all I'd need. Bells and whistles are optional. LOL

Yes I would be very interested in this as well. We host many charitable auctions, we would have liked something like this to assist a friend we're currently trying to help who lost a thirteen year old son.. Recently we've been holding donation type auctions but a mod\hack like this would really help! If anyone can do something like this, SERIOUSLY.... I'll be happy to make it worth their effort. Please contact me.

yes i'd like to do this. But i'd give the money to struggling football clubs as i run a football forum.
