That is a New PN System.

I recommend TMS-System for installation !!

What does this Addon do??

This Addon completly changes the surface area of your PM-System. A new design!!

New features are: (or old features removed)
- No more PM-System in User-Controle-Panel.
- No automated quotes anymore and when you answer you`ll see pm history directly below your message.
(Thanks to ragtek --> Http://www.ragtek.org)
- Message-Tracking is activated by default.
- Copies of your messages will be generated by default.
- New PMs will be highlighted by a blinking icon.
- You?ll be notified in the forums when there is a new PM in your box.

Upload the zipfile's folders to your vBulletin installation.

I'd love to see this developed further. Like others, remaining in the CP is desired, but the tabs are bloody brilliant.

This new PM system looks great for me. Much better designed than the default one. It looks much simplier and better for the eye, but... it doesn't work for me.

And yes, i've uploaded all files few times and imported both XML files.

Either install the TMS mod linked above, or do the template edits as I said earlier in this thread:

Open "Ohne TMS.TXT", this translates to "Without TMS". There's 12 template modifications to make. The first few are "search for _____" and "replace with _____", the rest are full template replacements. (Obviously, if you have TMS, you don't have to do these manually.)

In each usergroup's settings, there's a box where you can allow or deny PM attachment sending and PM attachment receiving. These are set to "allow" by default. I do not know what happens if you send an attachment to someone in a usergroup that isn't allowed to receive them.
