I replaced old icons, but I still don't see new images. I'm using 3.8.1.... What am I doing wrong?

Right-click an icon from your editor and select properties. You should be able to see the filepath.
Does this match the path you've uploaded the new files?

what i have to do after the overwrite in the acp it shows me the old icons
is there a refresh button or something else?
