Custom graphics, custom hacks (which may later be published on this site). It would obviously depend on what the forum was about and what the owner wanted.

Unfortunately, if this ever gets off the ground (which seems unlikely) the board would be selected based on an essay from the board owner and a vote by all those volunteering time.
