Sorry but I doubt you actually get those speeds. You would have to live in the central office to pull that off... At the end of the day, those little copper lines are still the same size no matter how much you pay.

Actually i get those speeds really often.

most of the time the limit is the server but for example when i dl something from my university i nearly have full bandwith all the time

if you live in the big cities it's even possible to get 16mBits/s but those are just a few and not on a regular base yet

Us Yanks are not so lucky. Its funny, you would think as advanced of a "Duper Power" we are, we could get some better lines.
